Terms of service.
The short version: it's free, and it's for your own job search.
Who we are
Jobs-in.NL is operated by Good Vibes Development. You can reach us at [email protected].
What Jobs-in.NL is
A search and notification service for jobs in the Netherlands. Listings are sourced from public career pages. We don't represent employers and we don't process applications — when you click apply, you go to the company's own site.
What it costs
Nothing. There is no charge, no card, and no subscription. If we ever introduce paid plans, we'll announce it in advance and you'd have to opt in explicitly — continuing to use the service would never be treated as agreement to start paying.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One account per person. If you give your login to someone else, that's on you. You need to be at least 16 to use Jobs-in.NL.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, mirror, or republish our data.
- Don't use automated tools to flood the service with traffic.
- Don't use Jobs-in.NL to send spam or unsolicited messages.
If you break these, we may suspend or close your account.
The listings
Job listings belong to the employers who published them. Our selection of them, the extra detail we add, and the site itself are ours. You're welcome to use all of it for your own job search — not to build a competing service or a data set.
Applying for jobs
Apply links take you to an employer's own site, which has its own terms and its own privacy policy. We're not a party to your application and we have no influence over whether you hear back.
No warranty
Jobs-in.NL is provided "as is". We work hard to keep listings fresh, but we don't guarantee that a role is still open when you apply, that our coverage is complete, that a digest will reach you, or that the service will be available at any given moment. It's a free service and it comes with no uptime commitment.
Liability
To the fullest extent Dutch law allows, we're not liable for loss arising from your use of Jobs-in.NL — including a missed opportunity, a listing that turned out to be closed, or a digest that didn't arrive.
Nothing here excludes liability for intent or conscious recklessness (opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid), for death or personal injury, or for anything else that can't be excluded by law. Where we are liable, our total liability is capped at €250. If you're a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected by any of this.
Stopping
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Deleting it removes your data as described in our privacy policy. We may suspend an account that breaks the acceptable-use rules above, and we may discontinue the service — if we do, we'll give reasonable notice first.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email, and continued use after the update means you accept them — with one exception: introducing charges never happens by silent acceptance and always requires you to opt in.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you're a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of your own country.
