Core Responsibilities
The troubleshooter is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving operational issues in the warehouse caused by human or system errors. They also focus on improving operational processes and preventing future occurrences of these issues.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has a passion for the field and experience as a troubleshooter in a logistics environment is considered a plus. Proficiency with WMS systems and MS Office is required, along with the willingness to work in shifted hours.
