WAT JE KUNT VERWACHTEN:
Je organiseert het preventief, correctief en storingsafhankelijk onderhoud.
Je stuurt de Technische Dienst van vier personen aan.
Je initieert investeringen, nieuwbouw of wijzigingen aan de technische installaties op de plant vanuit een meerjarenplan.
Je draagt zorg voor en ziet toe op adequate verslaglegging van technische werkzaamheden, vergunningen & certificeringen en projectmanagement.
WAT WE VERWACHTEN:
Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau op het gebied van werktuigbouw of besturingstechniek
Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
Je hebt ervaring met Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring als installatieverantwoordelijke
Je hebt kennis van onderhoudsbeheer software bijv. Ultimo
Je bent probleemoplossend, resultaatgericht en analytisch

Core Responsibilities
The role involves organizing preventive, corrective, and breakdown-dependent maintenance while managing a technical service team of four people. Additionally, the manager will initiate investments, new constructions, or modifications to the plant's technical installations based on a multi-year plan.
Requirements
Candidates must possess HBO (higher professional education) level thinking in mechanical engineering or control technology, coupled with a minimum of five years of experience in a comparable role. Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and maintenance management software like Ultimo is required, along with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
