Als Constructie Manager in onze productielocatie in Tiel ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, coördinatie en begeleiding van constructie‑ en projectmatige werkzaamheden binnen de fabriek. Jij zorgt voor een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatief hoogwaardige uitvoering van deze werkzaamheden en fungeert als een belangrijke schakel tussen interne afdelingen en externe contractors.
Met jouw communicatieve kracht, technische kennis en focus op veiligheid zorg je ervoor dat werkzaamheden soepel verlopen en minimale impact hebben op de productie.
Projectvoorbereiding & Planning
- Coördineren en voorbereiden van constructie- en installatieprojecten op de site.
- Afstemmen met productie, engineering, maintenance, Quality en HSE.
- Beoordelen van technische tekeningen, risico‑analyses en werkvergunningen.
Veiligheid & Compliance
- Toezien op naleving van alle HSE- en hygiënevoorschriften.
- Leiden van toolboxmeetings en werkvergunningprocedures.
- Bevorderen van een proactieve veiligheidscultuur voor medewerkers en contractors.
Uitvoering & Aansturing
- Dagelijkse coördinatie van contractors en externe partijen.
- Monitoren van voortgang, kwaliteit, kosten en planning.
- Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten om downtime te minimaliseren.
Documentatie & Oplevering
- Vastleggen van werkzaamheden, inspecties en kwaliteitscontroles.
- Opleveren van projecten inclusief overdracht naar operations en maintenance.
- Bijdragen aan continue verbetering van processen en projectstandaarden.
Wat wij vragen
- MBO+/HBO in werktuigbouwkunde, civiele techniek, elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar.
- Ervaring met constructiewerkzaamheden en projectcoördinatie binnen productie.
- Sterke kennis van HSE, werkvergunningen en contractor management.
- Communicatief sterk, stressbestendig en goed in stakeholdermanagement.
- Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en sterk veiligheidsbewust.

Core Responsibilities
The Construction Manager is responsible for the preparation, coordination, and supervision of construction and project-based activities within the factory, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution while minimizing production impact. This involves coordinating contractors, monitoring progress, managing quality and costs, and ensuring compliance with all HSE and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
Candidates must possess an MBO+/HBO level education in mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering or a comparable field, along with proven experience in construction work and project coordination within a production environment. Strong knowledge of HSE, work permits, contractor management, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
