BlueHeart Energy is seeking a Head of Development to lead a multidisciplinary engineering organization, shaping the technology roadmap from concept to industrialization. You will work closely with the CEO on product strategy, route to market, and setting measurable targets for growth. You will guide the System Architect and Product Owners, translate priorities into actionable programs, and foster a culture of engineering excellence, scalability, and accountability across R&D, ENG, and ESC teams.
