Carbonfact, Amsterdam-based Environmental Intelligence Platform, is hiring an AI-Native BDR for the Marketing team. You will build, own, and improve an agentic system that handles outreach, while taking over when conversations begin with prospects. Your success will be measured by opportunities generated using AI-driven prospecting tools. You’ll manage time, run cold calls to priority accounts, and craft follow-up plays for webinars and content launches, with a transparent compensation framework

Requirements
