Laka is a remote-first, rapidly growing insurance company built around a cycling collective. We are expanding across five markets with direct and partner business, and we seek a pricing leader to own pricing strategy, modelling and governance. You will collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Commercial teams to advance our pricing stack, deliver robust rate proposals, and drive profitability. You will manage a Pricing Analyst, influence senior leadership, and bring hands-on technical execution
