Job Description
LendLeap is seeking a hands-on support and operations partner to own customer interactions, platform monitoring, testing, configuration, and documentation. You will work directly with the founders in a small, fast-moving team and have room to grow as the company scales in fintech. You’ll be an enrolled HBO/WO student in ICT or similar, fluent in Dutch and English, and excited about finance and AI. Amsterdam-based work is expected in a dynamic startup environment.
Core Responsibilities
Own customer interactions and operational support, including platform monitoring, testing, configuration, and documentation. Work directly with the founders in a fast-moving startup environment.
Requirements
Be an enrolled HBO or WO student in ICT or a similar field, and be fluent in Dutch and English. Show enthusiasm for finance and artificial intelligence and be prepared to work in Amsterdam.
