About the Role We are seeking an experienced Crypto Project Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of complex blockchain and cryptocurrency projects. The successful candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, manage technical implementations, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable blockchain-based products and financial infrastructure. This role requires a strong combination of project management expertise, technical blockchain knowledge, and practical experience working with cryptocurrency ecosystems, decentralized applications, smart contracts, and digital asset platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cryptocurrency and blockchain projects from initial concept through production launch. Define project scope, technical requirements, milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and implementation timelines. Coordinate blockchain developers, smart contract engineers, backend developers, DevOps specialists, product managers, and external technology partners. Oversee the development and integration of blockchain-based applications, cryptocurrency payment systems, digital asset platforms, and Web3 infrastructure. Manage technical implementations involving Ethereum, Solana, TRON, Polygon, and other blockchain networks. Coordinate smart contract development, testing, auditing, deployment, and post-launch maintenance. Work closely with engineering teams to define system architecture, API integrations, backend infrastructure, and blockchain interoperability requirements. Manage integrations with cryptocurrency exchanges, custodians, wallet providers, liquidity providers, and third-party financial platforms. Oversee project documentation, technical specifications, API requirements, development roadmaps, and implementation plans. Establish project KPIs, monitor delivery performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions. Coordinate security reviews, penetration testing, smart contract audits, and infrastructure risk assessments. Manage dependencies between engineering, product, compliance, finance, and business development teams. Communicate project progress, technical risks, budgets, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Ensure successful deployment, production readiness, operational handover, and continuous improvement of delivered solutions. Technical Requirements 5+ years of project management experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, or financial technology. Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, transaction processing, and distributed systems. Practical knowledge of Ethereum, Solana, TRON, Polygon, and EVM-compatible networks. Understanding of smart contract development, deployment, testing, and auditing processes. Knowledge of Solidity, Rust, or other blockchain-related programming environments. Experience managing REST API integrations, Webhooks, microservices, and backend infrastructure projects. Understanding of cryptocurrency wallets, private key management, MPC custody, and multisignature authorization. Knowledge of ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, and other relevant token standards. Experience coordinating blockchain infrastructure development and cross-chain interoperability projects. Understanding of DeFi protocols, liquidity mechanisms, decentralized exchanges, and tokenization infrastructure. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and production deployment processes. Understanding of blockchain security practices, transaction monitoring, and smart contract vulnerabilities. Familiarity with AML, KYC, KYT, and regulatory considerations affecting cryptocurrency products. Project Management & Leadership Proven experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams across different time zones. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban project management methodologies. Experience managing complex technical roadmaps, sprint planning, release management, and delivery schedules. Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and actionable development plans. Experience managing project budgets, resource allocation, vendor relationships, and delivery risks. Strong communication skills when working with senior executives, engineering leadership, and external stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining delivery quality and technical alignment. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Linear, or similar project management platforms. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Requires at least five years of project management experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, or financial technology, along with strong knowledge of blockchain networks, smart contracts, infrastructure, and security. Candidates should have experience leading distributed technical teams, managing Agile delivery and complex roadmaps, and coordinating budgets, resources, vendors, and stakeholders.
