Job Description

Nscale is seeking a Manager, Preconstruction Scheduling to lead the development of integrated delivery schedules for campus-scale projects. You will coordinate inputs from New Site Development, Construction, Energy, AI Infrastructure, Design and Procurement, and publish schedule baselines. You will perform schedule risk analyses, including Monte Carlo simulations, optimize the critical path, and produce concise dashboards for leasing and capital planning.
