CARU Containers North America is seeking a Head of Data & Technology to shape the digital future from Rotterdam. You will develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for process automation and AI-driven innovation, while building and leading a young Data & Technology team. You will report to the CFO with full responsibility for CARU’s IT and data landscape, including budgets, MSP partnerships, and security/compliance.

Requirements

The role calls for senior leadership capability in data and technology, including experience shaping strategy and driving process automation and AI innovation. It also requires the ability to lead a team and oversee IT and data operations, budgets, external service providers, security, and compliance.
