Brightlands Data & AI Campus in Heerlen is seeking an Executive Assistant to be the CEO’s right-hand. You will ensure administrative processes run smoothly, manage governance cycles, calendar, travel, and confidential archives. You will leverage AI tools to handle routine tasks and support shareholders and the Board of Supervisors. With at least five years in executive support, you will be proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and comfortable with AI tools for daily tasks.

Requirements
At least five years of experience in executive support is required. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams, and comfortable using AI tools for daily tasks.
