Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
As a Finance Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of areas within a hotel Finance department. Your primary focus will be on Accounts Receivable and daily revenue control, while also providing support to the Accounts Payable function.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing invoicing for large events, meeting rooms, and our rooftop bar, LuminAir.
- Monitoring daily cash floats and revenue reports.
- Assisting guests with financial and billing-related inquiries.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues from various departments to resolve issues and contribute to the smooth operation of the hotel.

Core Responsibilities
The Finance Trainee will manage invoicing for events and facilities while monitoring daily revenue reports and cash floats. They will also provide support to the accounts payable function and assist guests with billing inquiries.
Requirements
Candidates must be students currently enrolled at an accredited educational institution. The role requires an enthusiastic individual capable of working in a fast-paced hotel environment.
