More Specifically, She/he Will Be Involved In Supporting The Following Activities Recruiting Payroll Compensation & Benefit Managing e Development Company database updating and reports Internal and external communication management Requirements A qualified applicant will fulfill the following requirements: Fluent English and German (native speaker of one of them preferred). Good knowledge for Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Proactivity, good social and teamwork skills. Organizational capacity and sense of initiative.

Core Responsibilities

Support the HR Manager with typical human resources activities, including recruiting, payroll, compensation and benefits, and employee development. Update company databases and reports, and help manage internal and external communications.

Requirements

Applicants should be fluent in English and German, with native proficiency in either language preferred. They should have good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, along with proactivity, strong social and teamwork skills, organizational ability, and initiative.
