On this journey, we are looking for Senior Mendix Developer who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test and maintain scalable and high-quality Mendix applications. Translate functional and business requirements into robust technical solutions. Contribute to technical design and development decisions within the team. Ensure Mendix development follows agreed architecture, development standards and best practices. Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development quality. Work effectively within cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Collaborate with architects, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers and other technical specialists. Share knowledge and support less experienced Mendix developers where required. Requirements Minimum 5 years of hands-on Mendix development experience, preferably in complex enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of the Mendix platform and application development lifecycle. Experience developing, maintaining and improving business-critical Mendix applications. Solid understanding of application architecture, integrations, APIs and data modelling. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Proven experience working in cross-functional teams. Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-location and international teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently while being a strong team player. Good communication skills in English. Nice to Have Previous knowledge or experience with the PMP platform/project is considered a strong advantage. Experience with enterprise integrations and API-based architectures. Mendix Advanced or Expert Developer certification.
Core Responsibilities

Requirements
Requires at least five years of hands-on Mendix development experience, strong platform and application lifecycle knowledge, and experience with business-critical applications, architecture, integrations, APIs, and data modelling. Candidates should have Agile/Scrum and cross-functional international team experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
