🚨 Office Manager & PA 🚨 Skunx is looking for an Office Manager and PA to help us in our next phase of growth! We’re a fast growing company full of young and extremely passionate and hard-working creative minds trying to build the biggest entertainment company in the world. From our popular YouTube channels with billions of views per month, to viral video games and the new standard in escape rooms, Skunx is always working on something new and exciting! In this role, you will: - Be the operational backbone of the company - Organize the never-ending expansion plans at our studio in Houten - Assist founders Winston and Rik so they can focus on the creative side of the business - Maintain business relations with other companies (suppliers, utility companies, etc.) - Help in our hiring process and onboard new employees - Star in our YouTube videos (only if you want to, no acting experience required) Profile: At Skunx, we value efficiency and creativity above all else. We’re looking for someone who can work independently but knows when to include others to efficiently get things done. Being fluent in Dutch is a pre, but most of all, we’re looking for someone as passionate and motivated as the rest of us to build something no other company could build. Core Responsibilities

Manage office operations and coordinate the company's studio expansion plans in Houten. Support the founders, maintain relationships with suppliers and utility companies, and assist with hiring and onboarding new employees.

Requirements

The candidate should be able to work independently and know when to involve others to get tasks done efficiently. Dutch fluency is preferred, and the company seeks someone passionate and motivated to contribute to its growth.
