About Our Company The New Ways B.V. is an Amsterdam-based company behind the growing G-ROLLZ brand. We specialize in smoking accessories and gift items. We collaborate with iconic names such as Banksy Graffiti, Hello Kitty, Jimi Hendrix, Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley, and many more. Our brand serves international markets, and we are growing our team in Amsterdam. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Professional to manage our financial administration and support our growing business. What We Are Looking For – 6 Key Requirements 1. Dutch Bookkeeping: Solid experience in Netherlands-specific bookkeeping, including VAT (BTW) returns, invoicing, and financial reporting. 2. Knowledge of Dutch Law: Good understanding of Dutch tax, accounting, and company regulations applicable to a B.V. 3. Languages: Fluent Dutch and English, both spoken and written. 4. Stock & Warehouse Control: Ability to check, count, and reconcile stock of goods in our warehouse (godown) against inventory records. 5. Advanced Excel Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and financial reporting. 6. Accuracy & Reliability: Organized, honest, detail-focused, and able to work independently and meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities • Bookkeeping: Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts in line with Dutch regulations. • Tax & Compliance: Prepare and file VAT returns and support compliance with Dutch law and tax authority requirements. • Invoicing & Payments: Manage sales and purchase invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations. • Stock Checks: Regularly verify physical stock in the warehouse and reconcile it with records. • Reporting: Prepare monthly financial and inventory reports for management using Excel. • Coordination: Work with management, accountants, and the sales team to keep records accurate and up to date. Core Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books in accordance with Dutch regulations, prepare VAT returns, manage invoices and payments, and reconcile bank accounts. Conduct warehouse stock checks and prepare monthly financial and inventory reports, coordinating with management, accountants, and the sales team.

Requirements

Candidates need experience with Dutch bookkeeping and a good understanding of Dutch tax, accounting, and company regulations, including VAT returns. Fluent Dutch and English, advanced Excel skills, accuracy, reliability, and the ability to perform warehouse stock checks are essential; experience in trading, FMCG, wholesale, or product-based businesses is preferred.
