What You'll Be Doing As an AI Strategy Consultant, you are the strategic partner for organizations that want to make their Data & AI ambitions a reality. Our team has defined data and AI strategies, uncovered and refined use cases, led high-performing data teams, and trained C-level leaders at large corporations. Increasingly, we also ensure the strategy comes alive by managing multi-stream programs spanning data platforms, governance, tool selection, AI pilots, and organizational design. You are the connecting force that holds it all together. You will work on projects of varying length — some three weeks, some a year, most in between. Every project is different, every client is different. You work in mixed teams of Xebians and client staff, and at Xebia, you never stand alone. Core Responsibilities

Co-create Data and AI strategies with client leadership, secure stakeholder alignment, and translate strategy into roadmaps and coordinated execution across teams and vendors. Embed governance and compliance in delivery, advise clients on outcomes, and contribute to the development of Xebia’s Data Strategy proposition.

Requirements

Candidates should understand data architecture, data management, and operating models, and have experience guiding strategic initiatives and complex multi-stakeholder programs. They should be skilled at stakeholder alignment, workshop facilitation, decision-making, and communicating complex topics, and be professionally proficient in Dutch and English.
