Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and optimize production machinery • Troubleshoot and improve mechanical systems • Reduce downtime and improve efficiency • Work with automation, maintenance, and engineering teams • Support technical upgrades and continuous improvement projects Requirements: • Qualified Millwright Certificate or related trade qualification • Afrikaans speaking, reading, and writing • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments • Ability to read technical drawings • Strong problem-solving skills • Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands Benefits: • Salary starting from €3 000 to 4 500 per month • Permanent contract • Visa sponsorship and flight ticket included • Accommodation and transport provided • Personal car • 5-Year Visa Opportunity
Core Responsibilities

Requirements
Applicants must hold a qualified Millwright certificate or related trade qualification and have experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. They must speak, read, and write Afrikaans, be able to interpret technical drawings, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and be willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
