What part will you play in creating the unforgettable? Manage the sales and coordination process for corporate group bookings and social events. Create tailored proposals, follow up on quotations, and negotiate contracts to convert enquiries into confirmed business. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and maximise conversion rates. Act as the main point of contact for confirmed groups, coordinating all organisational and financial arrangements. Ensure clear communication between clients, hotels, internal departments, and external partners.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability. Core Responsibilities

Manage corporate group bookings and social events from initial inquiry through confirmation, including preparing proposals, following up on quotations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating organisational and financial arrangements. Maintain client relationships, coordinate communication among clients, hotels, internal teams, and external partners, and identify opportunities to increase revenue while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

The role calls for a guest-focused, flexible, accurate team player with a commercial mindset, strong planning skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, along with the ability to anticipate needs and manage meetings and events effectively.
