Amsterdam | 40 hours We don’t just run classes, we create experiences. As Club Manager, you’re the driving force behind it all: the vibe, the numbers, the people, the results. This is a unique opportunity to lead a brand-new boutique studio concept in Amsterdam, combining RUSH and PILAT3S (reformer pilates) under one roof, with the chance to grow into overseeing our Clubsportive studio as well. Two distinct class formats, instructor profiles, and member expectations, all held to one uncompromising standard. You lead from the front: on the floor, behind the desk, and in the details. You build a team of hosts who deliver sharp, seamless service, and create a space where members feel seen, challenged, and part of something bigger. Key responsibilities: Own the day-to-day running of both studios in Claude Debussylaan. This includes operations, service flow, standards, and atmosphere in a high-volume, high-energy environment, and take full accountability for commercial performance (memberships, revenue, retention, KPIs) across both. Lead, coach, recruit, and develop a high-performing host team, training them to confidently promote and engage members with both studio products. Build strong, meaningful relationships with instructors across both studios, ensuring they feel supported, engaged, and consistently set up for success. Drive local growth through community building, partnerships, and smart on-the-ground activation, while supporting the development and promotion of fitness experiences for both concepts. Create a best-in-class, effortless, and consistent member experience, handle issues fast and professionally, and act as a brand ambassador for the culture and experience. Collaborate with HQ on carrying out strategy, campaigns, and performance tracking, upholding brand standards and keeping both studios sharp, clean, polished, and on brand at all times. You: You’ve led teams in studio fitness, hospitality, or a premium, high-energy customer environment. You bring experience managing class-based products, instructors, or studio-style operations. You’re people-first but commercially switched on: you know great service drives sales. You’re hands-on and in it every day, not managing from a distance. You communicate with confidence, clarity, and presence. You thrive on targets, performance, and growth: you track it, own it, and push it. You’re organised, decisive, and cool under pressure, with strong planning skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You don’t wait for problems, you fix them before they land. Core Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations and commercial performance of the RUSH and PILAT3S studios, including memberships, revenue, retention, service standards, and member experience. Lead and develop the host team, support instructors, drive local community growth, and work with headquarters to deliver campaigns and uphold brand standards.

Requirements

The candidate should have experience leading teams in studio fitness, hospitality, or a premium, high-energy customer environment, including experience with class-based products, instructors, or studio operations. They should be hands-on, commercially minded, confident in communication, organized, decisive under pressure, and skilled at managing targets and multiple priorities.
