About Crownpoint Advisory
Industry: Business Consulting and Services
Company size: 2-10 employees
A price proposal assumes that customers will buy a particular quantity, renew on new terms or accept a different scope of service. Crownpoint Advisory examines the contribution that response would produce and the capacity or capital it would require. Our work covers: - Pricing and contribution: compare proposed terms with the present arrangement and examine the customer response they require. - Portfolio economics: compare retaining, reducing or withdrawing an activity, including the capital required or released and obligations that continue. - Investment and growth: connect demand to the stock, capacity and support needed, including the cost of a slower sales ramp. - Transaction assessment: examine acquisition assumptions that depend on customers, suppliers or further operating investment. The scope is agreed with owners, boards, commercial directors and finance teams. Legal diligence, tax, audit and regulated financial advice remain with the appointed specialists.
