About This Vacancy We are looking for a UV-Curable Ink Quality Engineer to join an advanced R&D environment developing next-generation industrial inkjet technologies. In this role, you will help ensure the performance, reliability, and long-term quality of UV-curable inks by: Improving and validating quality methodologies - Investigating links between raw material and final ink specifications Assessing print quality, robustness, and process tolerances Developing and automating measurement methods Defining and executing reliability and endurance tests Supporting the transfer of quality methods from R&D to manufacturing Using AI-enabled tools responsibly to support analysis and decision-making
Core Responsibilities
Improve and validate quality methods for UV-curable inks, investigate how raw materials affect final ink specifications, and assess print quality, robustness, and process tolerances. Develop and automate measurement methods, conduct reliability and endurance tests, transfer quality methods from R&D to manufacturing, and use AI-enabled tools responsibly to support analysis and decisions.
