Introduction Vision Healthcare is a fast-growing European consumer health group, with offices, warehouses and webshops across Europe, all on one Microsoft cloud platform. From our Haarlem office, you combine day-to-day IT operations and support with project work that makes our modern workplace more secure, more standard and easier to run. You work with colleagues, offices and IT partners across Europe, and travel now and then for projects, migrations and local IT work. What will you be doing? Support colleagues with workplace and IT questions and incidents, from first-line tickets to the escalations our support desk and local partners can't solve. Manage and improve our Microsoft 365 environment: Entra ID, Intune and Autopilot, Defender and Azure. Look after identity and access: MFA, Conditional Access, security groups and endpoint security. Manage Windows and macOS devices and workplace applications, and keep the device and licence overview accurate. Turn findings from security audits into concrete changes, and make sure they stay in place. Steer our local IT partners and managed service provider with technical authority: escalations, quality and agreements. Check in regularly with our offices and their local leads, and visit them now and then for projects and hands-on support. Troubleshoot network, connectivity and VoIP issues, together with external partners where needed. Standardise and automate what's repetitive, and document what you build so anyone can take it over. What are we looking for? At least 3 years of experience in IT administration, workplace engineering or a comparable role. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune; Azure is a plus. A good understanding of Windows and macOS endpoint management and workplace applications. Working knowledge of security concepts such as MFA, Conditional Access and endpoint protection. Basic knowledge of networking and VoIP. Experience working with IT suppliers or a managed service provider, and holding them to what was agreed. Experience supporting users while also contributing to technical projects and improvements. Fluent English; Dutch is preferred. You live in or near Haarlem, ideally within about 30 minutes by car or public transport, and you're happy to travel to our other European offices now and then. Nice to have: PowerShell or Graph scripting, Logic Apps or Power Automate, Jamf, Freshservice, 3CX, and familiarity with ITIL, CIS Controls or ISO 27001. The person we are looking for You look beyond closing tickets to understand root causes and prevent recurring issues. You combine hands-on support with projects, take ownership from fix to handover, and document your work. With a solid technical foundation and a willingness to grow, you explain technical matters clearly and collaborate easily across countries and cultures. What do we offer? Core Responsibilities
Support users and resolve workplace IT incidents while managing and improving the Microsoft 365 environment, identity and access controls, and Windows and macOS devices. Coordinate IT partners, troubleshoot connectivity issues, implement security and automation improvements, and document work for handover across European offices.
Requirements
At least three years of experience in IT administration, workplace engineering, or a comparable role, with hands-on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune experience. Candidates should understand endpoint management and security, have basic networking and VoIP knowledge, be comfortable supporting users and managing IT suppliers, and speak fluent English; Dutch is preferred.
