Job Description

As an IT Business Analyst Asset Life Cycle, you act as the link between Asset Management and IT. You translate the needs and requirements of asset managers into coherent data functionalities and integrations, and monitor coherence within the entire Asset Life Cycle. Translating Asset Management issues into process, data, and IT requirements Mapping information flows, integrations, and interdependencies Facilitating workshops and decision-making processes with users, IT specialists, and suppliers Supporting the refinement, realization, testing, and acceptance phases of new solutions Monitoring user value, coherence, manageability, and continuity of solutions Guiding data and document migration, including quality and acceptance criteria Monitoring Master Data Management (MDM) and the coherence between source and target systems Designing, implementing, and optimizing integrations between SAP and systems such as ServiceNow and ArcGIS Supporting the organization in making choices that are valuable, feasible, and manageable Collaborating with process owners, asset managers, architects, product owners, and SAP consultants Context and objective Contribute to the Asset Life Cycle (ALC) program, aimed at optimizing and digitizing Asset Management ALC falls under the Digital Operational Excellence (DOE) program, with SAP S/4HANA as the digital foundation. Digital development in the fields of IoT, Geospatial (GIS), BIM/CAD and Enterprise Asset Management To demand You have completed a higher professional or university education. You have 5 years of relevant experience as a business or information analyst You have experience with multiple complex IT implementations or improvement projects that included platform integration and/or data (migration). You have experience translating business requirements into IT requirements and determining the interrelationships. You are accustomed to working on a project basis and using Agile/Scrum at the intersection of IT and operations, where independence and proactivity are expected of you. Wishes You have experience with EAM (enterprise asset management) implementations. You have experience with SAP implementation and/or migration. You have certification in Agile/Scrum (e.g., PSM, Agile PM) and project management (e.g., IPMA). You have experience with the VDM (Value Driven Maintenance) methodology. You have experience mapping processes and data to EAM (enterprise asset management) functionality.

Core Responsibilities

Translate Asset Management needs into process, data, and IT requirements, and oversee the coherence of information flows and integrations across the Asset Life Cycle. Facilitate solution delivery from refinement through testing and acceptance, support data and document migration, and help stakeholders select manageable, valuable solutions.

Requirements

Requires higher professional or university education and at least five years of relevant experience as a business or information analyst. Candidates should have experience with complex IT implementations or improvement projects involving integrations or data migration, translating business requirements into IT requirements, and working independently in Agile/Scrum project environments.
