Head of Warehouse Operations Europe (Chinese & English) Netherlands | Full-Time | On-site Polymaker is a global leader in premium 3D printing materials. As our European business continues to grow, we are looking for a hands-on Head of Warehouse Operations Europe to lead our warehouse operation in the Netherlands. This role combines operational leadership, team management, logistics optimization, and cross-cultural collaboration. You will take full ownership of warehouse performance while acting as a key bridge between our European operation and China headquarters. Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the European warehouse, including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and returns. Manage warehouse performance through KPIs such as throughput, delivery accuracy, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and frontline operators. Manage logistics partners and couriers, and optimize transportation performance and costs. Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and effective use of WMS/ERP systems (SAP preferred). Ensure a safe, compliant, and productive warehouse environment. Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Delivery teams across Europe and China. What We're Looking For Fluent Chinese and English (required). Experience leading warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations. Proven people management experience in an operational environment. Experience with WMS/ERP systems, preferably SAP. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment. Preferred Experience with warehouse automation, LEAN, 5S, or continuous improvement programs. Dutch language skills. Experience in e-commerce, cross-border fulfillment, or manufacturing. Requirements
Fluency in Chinese and English, experience leading warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, and proven people-management experience are required. Candidates should have WMS/ERP experience, preferably SAP, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
