Job Description
Account Executive Help us bring AI to the buildings that need it. Spotr is changing how property owners understand and maintain their buildings. Using AI and imagery, we help housing associations, contractors and property owners assess building conditions, plan maintenance and make better investment decisions. We’re already working with some of the largest housing organisations in Europe, analysing hundreds of thousands of properties across the Netherlands, UK and beyond. And we’re growing. We’ve spent years building the technology and proving it works. Now we’re seeing something exciting: customers are coming to us with clear problems, our proposition is becoming easier to sell, and opportunities are moving faster than ever. We’re looking for someone to help us make the most of that momentum. What you’ll be doing You’ll work directly with the founders and take ownership of a growing sales pipeline. There are already plenty of opportunities, existing relationships and conversations to pick up. Your job is to turn them into customers and build new relationships along the way. In practice, you’ll: Own your pipeline. Follow up with prospects, move opportunities forward and turn conversations into signed deals. Open new doors. Reach out to housing associations, contractors and property owners who could benefit from Spotr. Show what Spotr can do. Run demos, explain our technology and help customers understand what it means for their buildings and budgets. Build relationships. Get to know the people making decisions, understand their challenges and help them find the right solution. Get deals across the line. Prepare proposals, handle objections, negotiate and close. Make our sales process better. Learn what works, improve how we approach customers and help make our growth more predictable. You’ll have plenty of support from our founders and technical team, particularly on larger, more complex deals. But we expect you to take initiative and keep things moving yourself. Who we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who gets energy from making things happen. You probably have a few years of B2B sales experience, ideally in software, technology or a related industry. You know how to manage a pipeline, speak with decision-makers and close deals. More importantly, you’re the kind of person who sees an opportunity and acts on it. You might recognise yourself in the following: You have around 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales or account management. You’re comfortable picking up the phone, reaching out to new people and following up until you get an answer. You can run a sales conversation independently, from first introduction to proposal and contract. You’re commercially sharp, curious and able to understand a technical product without being an engineer. You enjoy working with customers and building relationships that last. You’re organised enough to manage multiple opportunities without letting things slip. You’re comfortable working in both Dutch and English. You’d rather be talking to customers than spending your days in internal meetings. Experience in real estate, construction, housing or asset management is useful, but certainly not essential. We’ll teach you the industry. Why join Spotr? The timing is pretty good. We’ve reached a stage where our technology is developed, we have recognised customers and there’s a growing demand for what we do. You’ll join a small, ambitious team where your work has a direct impact on how quickly we grow. Here’s what you can expect: A running start. An existing pipeline, warm introductions, proven use cases and customers who are already enthusiastic about our technology. Real responsibility. You’ll own opportunities and have room to make decisions without several layers of management. An international market. We’re active in the Netherlands and the UK, with opportunities to grow further. A product with tangible impact. Better building information means smarter maintenance, lower costs and better homes. Room to grow. As the company scales, so can your role, responsibilities and commercial rewards. We’re a team of builders who like to move quickly, try things and learn from customers. We keep things practical and give people the freedom to get things done. Interested? We’d love to hear from you. Send us your LinkedIn profile or CV and a short introduction. We’d particularly like to hear about a deal you’re proud of closing and how you made it happen. Come help us build the next chapter of Spotr.

Candidates should be proactive, commercially sharp, organized, comfortable explaining a technical product, and fluent in Dutch and English; experience in real estate, construction, housing, or asset management is useful but not essential.
