Your role Bring your curiosity to work as our next Service Planner at Alup Kompressoren. You will be part of our team in Oss. In this role, your mission is to ensure that our field service engineers are scheduled as efficiently as possible while providing our customers with excellent service. You coordinate work orders, maintain close contact with customers and service engineers, and make sure everything is in place to complete service assignments as quickly and efficiently as possible. Your day-to-day Plan and assign work orders to our field service engineers, taking into account productive hours, availability, travel distance and the qualifications of the engineers. Coordinate both urgent customer requests and work resulting from agreed maintenance plans. Support our service engineers during the execution of their work and arrange the required parts and materials, replacement air solutions and subcontractors when necessary.Maintain regular contact with customers and ensure the correct administrative processing of work orders. Proactively contact customers, for example regarding preventive maintenance. Continuously look for opportunities to optimize planning processes, efficiency and customer service. Your Skills And Experience You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking, or an equivalent level gained through experience. You are available for 40 hours per week and periodically participate in our on-call roster.You have a strong affinity with logistics and technology and demonstrable experience in planning or a comparable position. You are proactive, flexible and tactful, and you remain accurate and resilient under pressure. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP or Movilizer is considered an advantage.Y ou have an excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken. Core Responsibilities

Plan and assign work orders to field service engineers, balancing availability, qualifications, travel, and urgency while arranging parts, materials, replacement air solutions, and subcontractors as needed. Maintain customer and engineer communication, ensure accurate work-order administration, and improve planning efficiency and customer service.

Requirements

Requires higher professional education (HBO) level or equivalent experience, demonstrable planning experience, and a strong affinity with logistics and technology. The candidate should be proactive, flexible, tactful, accurate under pressure, available for 40 hours per week and periodic on-call duty, and fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English; Microsoft Office, SAP, or Movilizer knowledge is an advantage.
