You pay attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture and are comfortable balancing technical requirements with commercial considerations. We Imagine That You Have A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience, with at least 7 years of relevant experience within the marine, offshore or offshore wind industry. Experience as an Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) would be considered an advantage. Strong knowledge of Dynamic Positioning (DP) systems, particularly their electrical, control and automation interfaces. In-depth experience with HV/DC distribution grids, frequency drives, automation and onboard energy storage systems. Familiarity with FMEA, classification requirements, statutory regulations and relevant industry standards. Experience leading engineering projects, managing technical scopes and working with suppliers and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
