As our Manager of IT Delivery - IT & Network Demand, you'll play a key role in translating strategic ambitions into tangible results across our IT and Network organizations. You'll lead complex, cross-domain initiatives, particularly within Cloud & Infrastructure, bringing together technology teams, business stakeholders and external partners. This isn't about controlling every detail or being the loudest voice in the room. It's about creating clarity, building trust and helping people move forward together. The Role You'll be responsible for driving delivery across our annual IT roadmap and Network-driven demand, ensuring that investments, priorities and execution contribute to meaningful business outcomes. Working closely with senior IT and Network leadership, Product Management and delivery professionals, you'll translate strategic priorities into realistic plans, align dependencies and ensure that progress is visible and measurable. Your influence extends across a matrix organization of approximately 100 professionals, including internal teams and external technology partners. Your Key Responsibilities Translate strategy into delivery. Work with senior IT and Network stakeholders to turn business ambitions into clear roadmaps, investment priorities and achievable outcomes. Lead complex, cross-domain initiatives. Coordinate delivery across multiple technology domains, particularly Cloud & Infrastructure, ensuring teams understand priorities, dependencies and expected results. Create alignment and make choices. Bring together stakeholders with different interests, challenge competing priorities and help establish a shared direction. Own delivery governance and financial performance. Oversee budgets, business cases, investment decisions and benefits realization, ensuring transparency and accountability. Drive measurable business value. Monitor delivery performance, identify risks early and use data to support decisions that improve efficiency, time to market and customer experience. Strengthen delivery capabilities. Guide and mentor delivery professionals encourage collaboration and contribute to their development in close partnership with the Delivery Chapter Lead. Challenge and improve how we work. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve execution and create a culture of continuous improvement across teams and partners. The Team You'll join our IT Delivery organization, reporting directly to the Head of IT Delivery. You'll work closely with senior leaders across IT and Network, Product Management, delivery professionals and external technology partners. Your role provides functional leadership across a matrix organization of approximately 100 professionals. Delivery Leads remain formally managed by their Chapter Lead, with whom you'll collaborate on performance, capability development and professional growth. You Bring The Following Experience And Expertise Bachelor or Master working and thinking level, combined with approximately 10 years of experience in senior IT delivery, transformation, portfolio or program leadership roles. Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-domain IT initiatives, preferably within Cloud & Infrastructure, Network or similarly demanding technology environments. Strong understanding of delivery governance, roadmap planning, dependency management and execution across multiple teams and stakeholders. Proven experience managing significant budgets, business cases, financial performance and benefits realization. The ability to influence senior leadership, including executive stakeholders, and build alignment across business, technology and external partners. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex delivery challenges into clear insights, priorities and recommendations. Experience providing functional leadership to multidisciplinary teams, developing delivery capabilities and driving results in a matrix organization. You will be our ideal candidate when… You've worked in a complex technology environment where multiple teams, priorities and dependencies need to come together to deliver meaningful results. Experience in telecommunications or large-scale IT and Network organization would be valuable, particularly if you're familiar with infrastructure modernization, operational dependencies and technology-driven transformation. You understand that governance should enable progress rather than create unnecessary bureaucracy. You can challenge senior stakeholders without creating resistance, make difficult trade-offs without losing sight of people and recognize when a team needs direction rather than another meeting. And perhaps most importantly… You know how to create momentum without relying on hierarchy. You must already live in the Netherlands, preferably within ~50 km of The Hague, and you’ll work at least 4 days per week from our Den Haag office. When do you fit (and when do you not)? Requirements

Requires approximately 10 years of senior IT delivery, transformation, portfolio, or program leadership experience, along with a bachelor’s or master’s working and thinking level. Candidates should have experience delivering complex technology initiatives, managing budgets and benefits, influencing senior stakeholders, and leading multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment.
