Do you have experience as a process operator in the food industry, technical insight, and are you ready to take the next step in your career? Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit? You start your day by going through the production schedule and then flush the machines with water before starting production. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the correct materials are ready and that the production lines are operational. Using the forklift, you ensure that all products are in the right place. You set up machines, monitor the parameters and carry out quality tests. You record and document all your findings. If you notice a deviation or a fault, you look for a solution and make adjustments where necessary. You also carry out minor technical maintenance and contribute ideas for improvements. At the end of the day, you get to work cleaning the machine so that production can start again the following day. You'll work with various machines and production lines, which keeps your work nicely varied. Step by step, as a trainee all-round process operator, you'll get to know all the processes and, within 6 to 12 months, you'll progress to become a fully-fledged All-round Process Operator. Specifically, you'll spend 25 % of your time on cleaning, 25 % on quality and parameter checks and 50 % operating the machines. Wat breng je mee? A completed MBO 4 qualification, preferably in a technical field (Process Operator, VAPRO, MAS or MTS) or demonstrable experience in the field; Experience as an operator in the food industry; Technical understanding and an interest in improving production processes; An independent, meticulous and eager-to-learn approach to work; A good command of Dutch and/or English; A forklift licence or a willingness to obtain one; Willingness to work shifts, excluding night shifts. Core Responsibilities

Set up and operate machines across multiple food production lines, prepare materials, monitor production parameters, conduct quality tests, and document findings. Troubleshoot faults, make adjustments, perform minor maintenance and cleaning, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

A completed MBO 4 qualification, preferably in a technical field such as Process Operator, VAPRO, MAS, or MTS, or demonstrable relevant experience is preferred. Candidates should have food-industry operator experience, technical understanding, a careful and independent approach, Dutch and/or English proficiency, and a forklift licence or willingness to obtain one; shift work without nights is required.
