We help bike shops and e-bike owners get their bikes back on the road. Service and repair are at the heart of what we do. As an e-bike mechanic, you are the technical point of contact for our customers. You solve problems remotely and on site at the bike shop. At a glance Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week Level: Vocational (MBO) technical education, starters welcome Salary: €2,300 to €3,500 gross per month Driving licence: B What you'll do You support bike shops and consumers with technical questions by phone, email or WhatsApp, and diagnose problems together with them. You visit bike shops to solve tricky faults on site. Part of your time you work hands-on on the e-bikes, batteries and components that come in to us. You help shape the expansion of our product range and the development of new products. Your hands-on experience is worth its weight in gold. You pick up all kinds of tasks that come along in a small, fast-growing company. No two days are the same. Who you are You don't shy away from a problem. If you can't figure it out yourself, you call a colleague or another technician and work it out together. You understand how motors, batteries, controllers and wiring work together, or you're keen to learn. You communicate easily and can explain a technical problem clearly to a bike mechanic, but also to someone who knows nothing about it. You are customer-focused, reliable and treat customers and colleagues with respect. You have a vocational (MBO) technical qualification, for example in bicycle technology, mobility or electrical engineering. Just finished school? You're very welcome too. You feel responsible for them and take care of them. You know when to handle something yourself and when to check with others. And if you see something that could be better in our range or in how we work? Then you say so. What we offer A position of 32 to 40 hours per week in Nunspeet. A salary of €2,300 to €3,500 gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on experience, plus 8% holiday allowance and 25 days of paid leave. Plenty of room to learn and grow in e-bike technology. Core Responsibilities

Provide technical support to bike shops and consumers by phone, email, and WhatsApp, diagnose e-bike problems, and visit shops to resolve complex faults. Repair e-bikes, batteries, and components, and contribute to product-range expansion and new product development.

Requirements

A vocational technical qualification, such as bicycle technology, mobility, or electrical engineering, is sought, but recent graduates and starters are welcome. Candidates should understand or be eager to learn how e-bike motors, batteries, controllers, and wiring work, and communicate clearly while being customer-focused and reliable.
