We are looking for an empathetic, ideally tech-savvy, and growth-oriented Account Manager to ensure our clients get maximum value from our solutions. As our Account Manager, you own the relationship post-sale. You are a true "farmer" at heart, someone who thrives on building long-term trust, understanding clients' businesses, and ensuring our solution stays indispensable to their daily operations. You will be taking care of a nice variation of both larger and smaller international companies. What you will be doing Relationship Management: Act as the primary, trusted point of contact for our existing customer base, ensuring they stay happy, engaged, and successful using our solution. Drive Growth (Upselling): Proactively identify, negotiate, and close upsell opportunities within your portfolio to maximize account value. Churn Prevention: Keep a pulse on account health, spot red flags early, and implement retention strategies to minimize churn. Strategic Check-ins: Conduct regular business reviews to deeply understand our customer’s markets, business models, and challenges and position IMAGIN.studio as their ultimate solution. Feature Adoption: Analyze client usage to ensure they are utilizing 100% of the features and capabilities within their subscription bundle. Feedback Loop: Partner closely with our Product and Tech teams to translate customer feedback into future platform features and improvements. What our ideal candidate looks like You don't just manage accounts, you build partnerships. You like tech, you love people and you have a knack for spotting commercial opportunities through genuine consultative conversation. Experienced Partner: You bring 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar commercial role. Multilingual Communicator: Excellent English is a must. If you also speak German, French or Spanish, that’s a major bonus for our growing market. The Ultimate "Farmer": You prefer cultivating deep, lasting relationships over transactional cold-calling. Team Player: You love collaborating across departments (Sales, Product, Support) to deliver a seamless customer experience. Tech-Savvy: You don't need to code, but you have an understanding of tech/SaaS ecosystems and can confidently discuss digital solutions or are super adaptive to making this your own. Hybrid Hustle: You enjoy the flexibility of working from home but look forward to collaborating in person with the team at least once a week. HubSpot Knowledge: Familiarity with HubSpot (or a similar major CRM) is a big plus to help keep our customer data clean and actionable. Automotive Affinity: Knowledge of the automotive or e-commerce sector is a nice-to-have, but your drive and attitude matter more! Data-Driven & Proactive: You don’t wait for a customer to email you, you use metrics and usage data to proactively reach out with insights. AI Adaptive: You know how AI tools work and utilize them to work smarter. Core Responsibilities

Manage post-sale relationships with an international portfolio of customers, building trust and helping clients achieve value from the platform. Identify and close upsell opportunities, monitor account health and product usage, conduct strategic reviews, and relay customer feedback to Product and Tech teams.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least four years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar commercial role, along with excellent English communication skills. The role also calls for a relationship-focused, proactive and data-driven approach, comfort with SaaS and digital solutions, and cross-functional collaboration; additional languages and HubSpot experience are advantageous.
