As GTM Software Engineer, you will take ownership of building, maintaining, and continuously improving the technology and infrastructure that power go-to-market operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Design and build a global go-to-market operating system by transforming existing workflows into scalable software features and integrated processes.

• Develop solutions that help commercial teams identify and target the right customers at the right time, improving efficiency and business performance.

• Build a unified data and intelligence infrastructure that consolidates information across markets and creates a reliable single source of truth.

• Develop new growth opportunities and self-service customer journeys in collaboration with design, product, and onboarding teams.

• Work directly within production codebases to build and deploy features that improve the user experience and support everyday business operations.

• Collaborate with the CEO, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and other stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.

• Deliver projects through rapid, iterative development cycles, prioritizing solutions that generate measurable value.

• Take end-to-end ownership of delivered systems, including architecture, development, deployment, monitoring, documentation, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements.

• Engage directly with internal users to understand their workflows, gather feedback, and continuously improve the systems they rely on.

• Identify opportunities to optimize go-to-market processes through engineering, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
