What we expect of you
We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. We are looking for a collaborative and proactive Serialization professional who can connect people, understand complex processes and turn operational challenges into practical solutions.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering or a similar environment, preferably within a GMP/GDP-regulated industry.
- An understanding of Serialization, Track & Trace and pharmaceutical supply-chain processes, or a strong interest and ability to develop expertise in these areas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and drive resolution.
- The ability to collaborate effectively across functions, regions, sites and external partners.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to work across a complex global organization.
- An energetic, detail-oriented and highly motivated mindset, with a “can-do” attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver effectively in a changing environment.
- Take ownership of incidents and exceptions, investigate the facts, identify root causes and follow issues through to resolution.
- Work carefully with data, documentation and controlled processes in a regulated environment.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues across functions, regions and external partners.
- Stay organized while managing competing priorities, escalations and handovers.
- Look for practical ways to standardize, simplify and improve processes.
- Show a patient-focused, “can-do” attitude and understand that reliable traceability supports safe and dependable medicine supply.
- Global Serialization is a highly connected function. The team works across Supply Chain, Quality, IT, manufacturing, logistics partners and service providers to keep serialization processes reliable and compliant across regions.
The work combines day-to-day monitoring and issue resolution with documentation, inspection readiness and continuous improvement. - Priorities can change quickly, so clear communication, sound judgment and dependable handovers matter.
We expect this person to become a reliable member of the team: learning our processes and systems, responding promptly to operational issues, documenting work accurately and collaborating well with colleagues and partners.
Over time, we’d like them to build deeper subject-matter expertise, spot recurring issues and contribute ideas that make our global operating model more consistent and resilient.
