Travel to client sites should be expected.

Key responsibilities

  • Support business process mapping, requirements definition, and solution design for ERP / EAM implementations
  • Contribute to change management and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and internal IT and operational teams
  • Prepare decision material and presentations for steering committees and senior management
  • Facilitate workshops and follow up on progress, risks, dependencies, and budget

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in consulting, PMO, or project-based roles
  • Hands-on involvement in business transformation initiatives with a significant IT component
  • Experience with ERP, EAM, or similar enterprise system implementations
  • Strong analytical and structuring and organizational skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear communication
  • Comfortable working on-site with clients and collaborating across cultures and disciplines
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal

Benefits

· High-impact transformation projects in the maritime and offshore industry

· A collaborative, entrepreneurial culture where your ideas make a difference

· Mentorship, learning, and strong professional growth opportunities

· Flexibility, autonomy, and responsibility from day one

· We offer a competitive package for the right candidate, including pension contributions, holiday allowance, dedicated time for professional development and the opportunity to work with a collaborative supportive team
