Job Description

The company where you can make an impact and bring value.

Job Summary:

As a Junior CTRM Consultant at Agiboo, you will work with customers to implement and configure Agiblocks, our Commodity Trade and Risk Management (CTRM) solution.

You will join the Consulting team with an existing foundation in CTRM, gained through approximately 1–2 years of experience implementing, supporting, testing, or working with a CTRM application. Building on that experience, you will develop deeper knowledge of commodity trading processes and the Agiblocks platform while contributing directly to customer implementation projects.

Working alongside experienced consultants, you will participate in requirements gathering, business process analysis, system configuration, testing, customer training, and go-live activities. As your Agiblocks product knowledge and consulting experience grow, you will progressively take ownership of customer requirements, configuration areas, workshops, and implementation activities.

This is a customer-facing consulting role suited to someone who already understands the fundamentals of CTRM and wants to develop into an independent CTRM implementation consultant. Employment is supported for candidates residing in Spain, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany or Portugal.

  • Assist with and progressively take responsibility for delivering customer training on Agiblocks.
  • Track assigned project activities and communicate progress, issues, risks, and dependencies to the project team.
  • Develop deeper knowledge of commodity trading, CTRM processes, and the Agiblocks application.
  • The candidate should be open and ready to adopt AI tools in their day-to-day work to improve productivity, efficiency, and the quality of deliverables.
  • Gradually take independent ownership of defined implementation workstreams and customer-facing activities.
  • Be willing to travel to customer locations when required.
