Lead Arvato's Dutch Technology business and shape its next phase of growth. 

As Head of Tech Netherlands, you will hold full strategic, commercial, operational and P&L responsibility for a nine-figure revenue tech business and employing a workforce of 2000 people. 

You will strengthen partnerships with leading technology brands and accelerate growth through automation, digitalization and scalable supply chain solutions. 

Based in Gennep, you will report directly to the Head of Arvato Netherlands and be a member of the Dutch Leadership Team. Working closely with our global Tech organization, you will help expand our position in Consumer Electronics, Industrial Technology and Data Center Logistics.

Your mandate 

• Define and execute the Dutch Tech strategy in line with the global roadmap. 

• Lead sustainable growth, profitability, market expansion and strategic investments. 

• Lead Business Directors, Site Directors and leadership teams across multiple locations. 

• Build executive-level relationships with key technology customers. 

• Drive major customer implementations, automation initiatives and transformation programs. 

• Identify new business opportunities and accelerate commercial growth. 

• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement. 

What you bring 

• 20+ years of leadership experience in contract logistics operations. 

• A master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field. 

• Proven experience leading large multi-site organizations with full P&L responsibility. 

• Strong track record in profitable growth and business transformation. 

• Experience managing executive-level customer relationships and senior stakeholders. 

• Experience within Technology, Electronics, Industrial Technology or Data Center environments is strongly preferred. 

• Strong financial, commercial and leadership capabilities.
