Als HR Business Partner bij Deloitte ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren en coachen van ons Leadership betreffende alle HR casuïstiek en thema’s. Bij Deloitte.
Functieomschrijving
- Je ondersteunt, coacht, adviseert en faciliteert het Leadership op het gebied van o.a. functionerings- en performance vraagstukken;
- Je begeleidt het jaarlijkse belonings- en beoordelingsproces en potentieel management;
- Je monitort verloop, verzuim en handelt arbeid juridische vraagstukken af;
- Je durft jouw kritische mening te geven omtrent het HR beleid en daar ook verandering in teweeg te brengen;
- Je zet diverse HR projecten op, rolt deze uit en faciliteert bijbehorende trainingen.
Functie-eisen
HR Business Partners bij Deloitte zijn stevige, professioneel kritische en open persoonlijkheden. Jouw advies- en beïnvloedingsvaardigheden zijn goed ontwikkeld. Als geen ander weet je welk gedrag en welke communicatiestijl je moet inzetten. Je bent pragmatisch ingesteld en staat ergens voor! Verder heb je voor deze vacature HR Business Partner;
- Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting HRM, Bedrijfseconomie of Organisatiepsychologie;
- Ten minste 4 jaar werkervaring binnen het HR domein, bij voorkeur in de zakelijke dienstverlening en / of een grote (complexe/matrix) organisatie;
- Ervaring in het HR domein met verloop, verzuim en arbeid juridische vraagstukken is een sterke pré;
- Een sterke basis als relatiemanager naar de interne klant, je hebt een onafhankelijke mening en durft deze ook uit te spreken;
- Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift.
Aanvullende informatie
In deze rol (32-40 uur) werk je vanuit het kantoor in Amsterdam en Utrecht. Het is een hybride functie, waarbij 1 van de locaties je vaste standplaats is, maar we als team op beide kantoren werken en ook thuiswerken ook tot de opties behoort.
Als HR Business Partner zul je de afdeling Tax & Legal ondersteunen. Bij Tax & Legal werk je binnen een team van vier ervaren HR Business Partners, twee HR Managers en een Head of HR Advisory. Je bent voor jouw teams hét aanspreekpunt omtrent alle HR topics. Bij Tax & Legal zijn we voortdurend op zoek naar vernieuwing en verbetering en hierop word je uitgedaagd door je stakeholders. Daarnaast werken we data-driven (op basis van dashboards) en werk je veel samen met de business in het leiden van projecten.
Core Responsibilities
The HR Business Partner will advise and coach leadership on HR themes, including performance management, compensation processes, and labor law issues. Additionally, the role involves setting up and facilitating HR projects and training while maintaining a data-driven approach to business support.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor or master degree in HRM, Business Economics, or Organizational Psychology. At least 4 years of HR experience, preferably in a complex or matrix organization, is required along with excellent proficiency in Dutch and English.
