De opdracht:
Je wordt technisch verantwoordelijk voor de end-to-end software release pipeline voor een platform dat uiteindelijk softwaredistributie naar circa 8 miljoen devices ondersteunt.
De omgeving is nog volop in ontwikkeling. Je krijgt daarom veel verantwoordelijkheid voor het ontwerpen, bouwen en professionaliseren van de release-, test- en deploymentketen.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
- Ontwerpen en operationaliseren van een end-to-end release-, test- en deploymentketen.
- Ontwerpen en verbeteren van GitHub Actions Workflows voor build, test, validatie, gates en gecontroleerde releases.
- Inrichten en professionaliseren van de AWS-omgeving, CI/CD en repositorystructuur.
- Borgen van software supply-chain security, waaronder SBOM, signing, vulnerability scanning en traceerbaarheid.
- Architectuur vertalen naar concrete technische ontwerpen en werkpakketten.
- Integraties realiseren met testomgevingen, repositories en PKI/key management.
- Samenbrengen van engineering, security, testing, operations en externe leveranciers.
Gewenste ervaring:
We zoeken een hands-on senior engineer/technical lead met sterke ervaring in:
- AWS
- GitHub & GitHub Actions
- CI/CD en Infrastructure as Code
- Linux en runners
- Release- en deployment automation
- Artifact- en containerrepositories, bijvoorbeeld Sonatype Nexus
- Software supply-chain security
- Technische architectuur en platform engineering
- Technische aansturing van engineers
Ervaring met PKI, KMS/HSM, containers, embedded software, Yocto, OTA-updates, IoT/device management of hardware-in-the-loop testing is een sterke pré.

Requirements
The role requires a hands-on senior engineer with strong experience in AWS, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code. Proficiency in Linux, release automation, and software supply-chain security is essential for this technical lead position.
