Job Description As an HR Operations Specialist, you will support monthly payroll operations and HR administration across the Netherlands and Belgium, ensuring accurate salary processing, employee records and timely resolution of payroll-related queries. You will collaborate with external payroll providers and international HR teams, advise HR colleagues on payroll and benefits, and contribute to improving HR processes and data quality. Responsibilities Support the monthly payroll cycle, ensuring all tasks and transactions are completed accurately and on time. Work closely with the external payroll provider and internal HR teams. Advise HR colleagues and the business on payroll, benefits and core HR-related queries. Maintain accurate HR administration, including claims, employee loans and payment agreements. Support audits by gathering and submitting the required documentation accurately and within deadlines. Collaborate with other HR specialists on operational activities and projects. Work with the international HR support team to improve end-to-end processes and data quality. Requirements At least 3 years’ experience in HR processes, preferably in an international organisation. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, business, finance, economics or a related field. Experience with HR and payroll information systems; Workday experience is an advantage. Fluency in Dutch and English. Strong Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUP, reports and pivot tables. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Copilot and HR systems. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Requires at least three years of HR process experience, preferably in an international organization, and a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field. Candidates should be fluent in Dutch and English, proficient with HR and payroll systems and Microsoft Office, and have strong Excel, stakeholder management, and communication skills; Workday experience is an advantage.
