About the role As Supply Chain Manager, you will take ownership of SCIL's end-to-end supply chain, ensuring materials, components, and products flow seamlessly from supplier to customer. You will build strategic supplier partnerships, lead negotiations, optimize planning and logistics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and business performance. Working closely with project teams across the organization, you will play an important role in supporting SCIL's growth and delivering operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the entire supply chain journey Act as a key problem-solver, proactively identifying supply chain risks and implementing improvements that drive efficiency. Be a key contributor to SCIL’s success by translating business goals into a high-performing supply chain strategy Build strong partnerships with suppliers, lead negotiations, contracts. Drive efficiency and reliability across our logistics network, ensuring on-time deliveries Take the lead in forecasting demand, optimizing inventory, and keeping our supply chain agile and ready for growth. Transform the way we work by owning and driving ERP optimization initiatives Work closely with project teams across the organization to support strategic initiatives Lead a developing supply chain team members Your Profile A proactive, hands-on mindset with a continuous improvement approach. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 10-12 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management. Experience in supplier and contract management. Strong understanding of logistics, shipments, and supply chain planning. Experience with ERP systems and process improvement projects. Core Responsibilities

Own SCIL’s end-to-end supply chain, including supplier partnerships and negotiations, demand forecasting, inventory, logistics, and ERP optimization. Identify and address supply chain risks, improve operational efficiency, and work with project teams while leading developing team members.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, and 10–12 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management. Candidates should have supplier and contract management experience, knowledge of logistics and supply chain planning, ERP and process improvement experience, and strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
