Job Title: Project Manager – Digital Workplace (DWP) Location: The Hague, Netherlands Experience: 8+ Years Working Model: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week) Contract Duration: 6–12 Months Language: English (Mandatory), Dutch (Preferred) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Digital Workplace to lead and coordinate multiple Digital Workplace initiatives, including Windows 365 optimisation, Mobile Application Management (MAM), Apple Platform Strategy, and improvements to enterprise ways of working. Key Responsibilities & Skills: Lead and manage multiple Digital Workplace / Modern Workplace projects. Drive Windows 365 (W365) optimisation and Microsoft 365 initiatives. Manage Mobile Application Management (MAM) and Apple platform initiatives. Handle project planning, governance, RAID management, and dependency tracking. Manage senior stakeholders across business, infrastructure, security, and technology teams. Monitor project progress, risks, deliverables, and reporting. Drive enterprise-wide workplace transformation and optimisation initiatives. Mandatory Skills: 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience. Strong Digital Workplace / Modern Workplace project management experience. Good understanding of Windows 365, Microsoft 365, MAM, and Apple platforms. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with project governance, RAID management, and reporting. Preferred: Experience delivering enterprise-scale Digital Workplace transformation programs. Dutch language proficiency.

Requirements
Requires 8+ years of project or program management experience and strong experience managing Digital or Modern Workplace projects. Candidates should understand Windows 365, Microsoft 365, MAM, and Apple platforms, with strong stakeholder communication and governance skills; enterprise transformation experience and Dutch proficiency are preferred.
