The team You will be an essential part of the non-technical operations team during a key scaling phase. You will work closely on a daily basis with our Office Manager (collaborating on onboarding and workplace experience) and our Recruiter (ensuring a smooth handover from offer to first day). In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and have no direct reports, acting as our central, trusted go-to person for people-related topics across the company. Key qualifications Pragmatic and organised: A People Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing structure to a growing organisation without unnecessary bureaucracy. Experience: 3-4 years of broad HR: experience as a People Generalist, People Partner or People Operations Specialist, ideally within an international startup or scale-up. Frameworks & systems: Hands-on experience driving people frameworks (levelling, salary bands, performance or 360 reviews) and owning an HRIS (experience with Personio is a strong plus). Hands-on execution: Demonstrated ability to independently handle end-to-end HR administration, from payroll preparation to drafting compliant legal agreements. Communication skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with full professional fluency in English (Dutch is a strong plus), and the ability to engage comfortably with people from diverse international backgrounds.
