As a business consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, people interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team leadership roles. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…) within the business units of the different industries we serve. Equipped with the entrepreneurial fibre, you are ready to take the challenge in a fast growing company Qualifications • University Master Civil Engineer or Commercial Engineer • 3 to 6 years experience as consultant in the required domains • Outstanding team player and good communication skills • Strong interest in the energy sector • Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions • Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed • Languages: Trilingual French, Dutch and English. Core Responsibilities

Deliver assignments on client transformation projects, including structuring and analyzing data, conducting benchmarks and interviews, facilitating workshops, mapping processes, and preparing functional specifications. Progress into team leadership and contribute to knowledge sharing through workshops, publications, and seminars.

Requirements

Requires a master's degree in civil or commercial engineering and 3–6 years of consulting experience in the relevant domains. Candidates should be analytical, communicative, autonomous, results-oriented, and committed, with a strong interest in energy and fluency in French, Dutch, and English; Dutch is essential, and temporary assignments abroad may be required.
