Junior QA Officer – Sports Nutrition At Amacx, everything revolves around getting better. Job description Every bottle, bar and gel carrying the Amacx name has to be safe, compliant and exactly what the label says. As Junior QA Officer, you help make that happen. You join our Quality team and learn the trade side by side with our Senior QA Officer. You work on the quality system, supplier documentation, lab results, audits and product information, with colleagues from procurement, operations, marketing and R&D. You do not need years of experience. We are looking for someone who is accurate, eager to learn and wants to grow into a fully independent QA role within about two years. Tasks and responsibilities Quality & Compliance Keep our quality management system (QMS) up to date: specifications, procedures and records. Maintain certifications and documentation such as BRCGS, HACCP and anti-doping. Follow new regulations and help us enter new international markets. Suppliers & Quality Control Request, check and archive specifications, CoAs and certificates from our international suppliers and producers. Register complaints, deviations and lab results, do a first analysis and follow up on corrective actions. Coordinate Informed Sport shipments, sample storage and our doping test overview. Audits & Product Information Help prepare and support internal audits, supplier audits and NVWA inspections. Check labels, product information and claims together with R&D and marketing. Collaboration & Improvement Keep registers and KPI overviews up to date and provide input for quality reporting. Think along about smarter processes as we scale internationally. What you offer A completed bachelor’s degree (HBO) in for example Food Technology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry or Quality Management. Basic knowledge of food safety or quality systems from your studies. 0 to 2 years of experience; an internship or thesis in a lab, production or quality environment is a plus. An accurate, analytical and structured way of working. Good command of Dutch and English, spoken and written. A passion for sport and nutrition. You live within 50 km of Noordwijk. Core Responsibilities

Maintain the quality management system and supplier documentation, review quality records and laboratory results, and follow up on complaints, deviations, and corrective actions. Support audits and inspections, check product labels and claims, maintain quality reporting, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

A completed bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Food Technology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Quality Management is required, along with basic knowledge of food safety or quality systems. The candidate should have 0–2 years of experience, strong accuracy and analytical skills, good written and spoken Dutch and English, an interest in sport and nutrition, and live within 50 km of Noordwijk.
