About the Role This is not a supporting role or a traineeship—it is a position with immediate ownership where you will build and run your own team from the ground up across multiple university studies in the Netherlands. In this role, you will: Recruit and Train: You will find and train top-performing university students (from fields like Law, Econometrics, and Business) to teach our courses and write high-quality summaries. Delegate Operations: Once your core team is established, you will hire part-timers to run the day-to-day operations for your studies, allowing you to focus on strategy and growth. Drive Quality: Our educational products are actively complemented by AI, but rigorous human oversight is essential. You are ultimately responsible for product quality. We care about results, not micromanagement: whether you have the detailed eye to check the materials yourself, or the leadership skills to hire and motivate someone who does, your job is to ensure the final output is flawless. Perform well, and your scope will quickly expand to include master’s programs, new majors, or even international markets. Requirements You hold an academic master's or bachelor's degree (WO), or are in the final stages of graduating. Language: Fluency in Dutch is highly preferred (a strong pré), alongside professional English. Strong analytical, organizational, and quality-driven mindset. Passion for leading teams, mentoring others, and driving performance. Fast-paced mindset with a high degree of ownership and accountability. Practical Details and What We Offer Gross monthly salary: €2,750 – €3,550 (including 8% holiday allowance, based on full-time). Contract: Fixed contract (bepaalde tijd). Hours: Flexible; open to part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) up to full-time (40 hours/week). Location: Our head office in Amsterdam. Core Responsibilities

Build and lead a team across university studies in the Netherlands by recruiting and training student instructors and writers, then delegating day-to-day operations to part-time staff. Own the quality of educational products, provide rigorous human oversight of AI-supported materials, and drive strategy and growth.

Requirements

Applicants must hold or be close to completing an academic bachelor's or master's degree from a Dutch research university (WO); fluency in Dutch is strongly preferred, and professional English is expected. The role calls for strong analytical, organizational, and quality-focused abilities, along with a passion for leading and mentoring teams, a fast-paced approach, and a high degree of ownership and accountability.
