About the Role As a Senior AI Adoption Consultant, you will lead customer-facing adoption and organisational change management (OCM) engagements across AI and Microsoft technologies in a full-time capacity. You will guide clients from initial scoping through implementation, translate strategy into practical delivery plans, and act as a trusted advisor throughout technology-enabled transformation. Working within a cross-functional, international team, you will mentor colleagues, strengthen our adoption frameworks, and confidently advise executive sponsors, programme teams, and end users. This role is ideal for an experienced consultant who combines formal change management expertise with a passion for Microsoft 365 Copilot, training delivery, and business value measurement. Key Responsibilities Change Management & Strategy: Apply formal change methodologies, models, and frameworks to lead pragmatic, technology-driven customer transformations. Conduct organizational readiness assessments and analyze current-state vs. future-state gaps, impacts, and risks. Articulate a compelling case for change, coaching Change Sponsors and project teams on messaging, influence, and effective leadership. Build, structure, and nurture Change Networks (Champions) to facilitate two-way communication and drive sustained adoption. Training & Enablement: Develop and execute comprehensive training plans to prepare individuals for success before, during, and after rollouts. Facilitate foundational, role-specific, and advanced Copilot workshops and training sessions for diverse client industries. Translate complex business needs into industry-specific Copilot use cases that demonstrate clear commercial value. Communications & Stakeholder Engagement: Identify, align, and manage senior internal and external stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle. Develop and execute targeted communication plans to keep teams informed and engaged. Serve as the primary point of contact, leading and coordinating adoption project deliverables within broader client programs. Adoption Analytics & Method Development: Measure short- and long-term user readiness, sentiment, and feature adoption using data-driven quantitative and qualitative metrics. Gather client feedback to continuously refine and elevate Digital Bricks' proprietary AI adoption methodologies. Build long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor across their ongoing AI transformation journey. What You Bring Must-Haves: Master’s degree in Business, Organisational Psychology, IT, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft-based change management, adoption, or digital transformation projects. Recognized change management certification (e.g., Prosci) and/or relevant Microsoft certifications. Native or C2-level Dutch proficiency combined with professional written and verbal English skills. Confident leading executive workshops, managing C-suite stakeholders, mentoring junior team members, and staying at the forefront of emerging AI capabilities. Enjoy working with clients on-site, with willingness to travel within the Netherlands and across Europe as required. Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft AI adoption frameworks. Nice to have: Experience in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Legal or Professional Services. Fluency in additional European languages (especially German, French, or Italian) is a huge plus! Core Responsibilities

Lead client-facing AI adoption and organizational change engagements, guiding clients from initial scoping through implementation and advising executive sponsors, project teams, and end users. Develop and deliver change, training, communications, and stakeholder plans; measure adoption and readiness; and improve the company’s AI adoption methods.

Requirements

Requires a master’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of Microsoft-based change management, adoption, or digital transformation experience, and recognized change management and/or relevant Microsoft certification. Candidates must have native or C2-level Dutch and professional English, hands-on familiarity with Microsoft AI tools, and the ability to lead executive workshops, mentor colleagues, and travel as needed.
