SenTech AI is a Dutch R&D company working on AI and sensor technology for mental wellbeing. After nearly three years of research and development, we now have several early product prototypes, and we’re getting ready to test them on the market at a small scale. To support this next step, we’re looking for a creative, hands-on intern who wants to help take R&D prototypes to their first real users, and learn how products are tested and sold online. What you’ll do Help plan and run small-scale market tests for our product prototypes Create and publish engaging content for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Drive traffic and build an early community around our products Collect and analyse feedback and results from users and campaigns Learn how products are sold across different e-commerce platforms (e.g. Amazon, Bol.com, Shopify), including listings, campaigns and performance analysis Use AI tools every day to work smarter in content creation, research, analytics and day-to-day operations What we’re looking for Experience creating social media content (short video, visuals, copywriting) An understanding of how online traffic, engagement and conversion work Curious and eager to learn about e-commerce and digital sales Comfortable with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, CapCut, Midjourney), or excited to master them Proactive, independent, and enjoys working in a small, fast-moving team Good command of English; Dutch is a plus What we offer An internship allowance A rare chance to be involved from prototype to first market test Hands-on experience in marketing, e-commerce and AI-driven operations Close collaboration with the founder and a small, international team An office at Blaak, Rotterdam Practical details 📍 Location: Rotterdam (Blaak), on-site 🕒 Full-time internship, minimum 4 days per week 🎓 Ideally part of your study programme (internship agreement with your school) ⚠️ We are unable to offer visa sponsorship. Applicants must already be eligible to do an internship in the Netherlands (e.g. EU/EEA citizens, or holders of a valid Dutch residence permit that allows this). Interested? Core Responsibilities

Plan and run small-scale market tests for product prototypes, create and publish social media content, and build traffic and an early product community. Collect and analyze user and campaign results, learn e-commerce operations across platforms, and use AI tools in daily work.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience creating social media content and understand online traffic, engagement, and conversion. They should be curious about e-commerce, comfortable or eager to learn AI tools, proactive and independent, and have a good command of English; Dutch is a plus.
