Senior IT Transformation Program Manager Location: Eindhoven area | Hybrid | T-Systems Netherlands Lead Transformation. Drive Customer Service Results. Make an Impact. Are you an experienced IT Program Manager who enjoys leading complex transformations, bringing people together and building strong customer relationships? At T-Systems Netherlands, we are looking for a Senior IT Transformation Program Manager to lead the transformation of our services to a managed service and act as Product Service Owner for all services and projects delivered. You will play a key role in managing a complex cloud environment, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring that transformation, SRE, service development, projects and daily operations go hand in hand. Your role As Senior IT Transformation Program Manager, you will be part of the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) of our customer. You will lead the Managed Azure Cloud infrastructure services program for the customer's SAP portfolio, including migrations from on-premises environments to Microsoft Azure. You are responsible for Run, SRE, Service Development, Migrations and Projects maintaining customer standards and continuous Improvement. Planning, prioritization and coordination with all stakeholders together with your expert team. The environment you will manage: 36 SAP landscapes and 340 SAP SIDs A multidisciplinary team of 15-20 professionals, including Tech Leads, DevOps engineers and a security engineer A complex environment combining cloud transformation, managed services and operational continuity Close collaboration with senior customer stakeholders, technical specialists and international delivery teams This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where your ability to manage people, priorities and stakeholders is just as important as your technical understanding. What will you do? Lead complex IT service transformation, migration and service transition programs from planning through delivery and stabilization. Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders and act as their trusted partner. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and delivery partners. Manage program planning, priorities, resources, budgets, risks and dependencies. Develop and maintain clear roadmaps and priorities across projects, cloud services and daily operations. Ensure smooth collaboration between transformation activities and ongoing IT services. Drive continuous improvement, service quality and operational efficiency. Support the development of future managed services and identify opportunities for further improvement. What are we looking for? You are an experienced IT leader who combines strong program management skills with a practical, customer-focused service approach. You bring: Extensive experience managing large and complex IT transformation or migration programs. Experience in cloud infrastructure, preferably Microsoft Azure and SAP environments. Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior customer leadership. Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary and international teams. Excellent planning, prioritization, team coordination and problem-solving skills. Experience with Agile and traditional project or program management methodologies. Strong communication skills and the ability to create structure in complex environments. Excellent communication skills in English. Dutch is nice to have. A relevant project or program management certification is preferred. Experience with Product Ownership, managed services or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) is an advantage. Core Responsibilities

Lead the transformation and migration of SAP services to managed Azure cloud infrastructure, overseeing service transition, operations, SRE, service development, and projects. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders while managing roadmaps, priorities, resources, budgets, risks, service quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Requires extensive experience leading complex IT transformation or migration programs, preferably involving Microsoft Azure and SAP, along with strong senior stakeholder management and experience coordinating multidisciplinary international teams. Candidates should have excellent planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and communication skills, experience with Agile and traditional program management methods, and preferably a relevant program management certification; Product Ownership, managed services, or SRE experience is an advantage.
